■Refund Policy
Conditions
- The organization shall refund the received payment to the customer only in the following cases:
(i) Where the sale or provision of goods or services is not made, or is significantly delayed, due to reasons attributable to the organization.
(ii) Where the organization acknowledges that all or part of the goods or services are damaged or defective. - In addition to the preceding items, when the organization specifically approves a refund.
Refund Method and Timing
The timing of refunds based on the preceding paragraph shall be separately designated by the organization.
When refunding payments, the organization shall do so via a method separately designated by the organization. The organization shall bear all costs associated with the refund including transfer fees and other relevant costs.
